We are looking for an experienced chef/kitchen manager with an eye for detail, competent in food safety, food cost, ordering and leading a talented team of prep and line cooks. We offer a benefits package and competitive compensation based on experience.

As a “destination restaurant,” we have a long tradition of excellence, focused on local ingredients used simply and elegantly. We source from our own gardens and draw from our strong relationships with local farmers and farmers markets. The Chef chosen to lead this singular team of culinary professionals is given a wide range of creative freedom, with seasonal, from scratch menus; weekly features; and large and small event and occasional menus, including wine dinners, personalized menus for loyal patrons, and themed events.

The small town environment that houses our restaurant affords the professional ample relaxation and the advantage of a slower-paced lifestyle in safe and beautiful surroundings among friendly, open-hearted people. The restaurant is closed Sundays and Mondays, offering a balance of work and personal life, and the team is crafted with a specific emphasis on community and mutual respect.
