SMOKEHOUSE GRILLE

Our casual service restaurant features three unique dining areas in the expanded lower-level of the antique Iowa barn: oversized booths in an atmosphere draped in Americana, a quaint European-style conservatory, and a 3-season covered garden piazza. The cuisine is highlighted by our slow-smoked barbeque and wood-fired pizzas. Chef Kirk Phillips serves up his take on regional fare, Northern Plains Cuisine™, a culinary exploration of traditional foods and cooking techniques. Many of the ingredients are grown at Blue Mountain Farms or purchased from local area farmers. The beverage menu displays the area’s widest selection of domestic and import beers, hand-selected wines and locally inspired cocktails. Lunches feature soups, salads, hand-formed and grilled burgers, paninis, and weekly lunch features.

THE
LODGE

A comfortable and relaxed atmosphere highlighted by the openstyle kitchen featuring an all-charcoal grill. The dining area is anchored by the large stone fireplace and flatscreen TVs. Seating is available at the bar, tables, or an outdoor area with a large fire-pit. Our 100% lump hardwood-charcoal grill cooks up items like our bison burger, the ‘Jalapeno Papa’ (our signature burger with cream cheese, jalapeños and a raspberry chipotle sauce), smoked chicken nachos and homemade hotdogs. The Lodge is home to the “Stud Challenge,” an ongoing competitive eating contest… come in and test your eating prowess! Housemade root beer is a top seller and makes great root beer floats. The Lodge also features 10 draft beers, all served in frosted mugs, including Blue Mountain Brewery’s seasonal craft beer. In addition to a full bar, including wines and specialty cocktails, look for the Bob Marlin Bowl, a Jamaican inspired drink served in a half-gallon fish bowl.
